Olivia's First Post

Hello!  This is Olivia's mom.  Olivia has watched me blog for quite some time now and feels that she's ready to do it herself.  I think this is a great summer project and that she could have quite a voice with lots of important things to share.  So, here we go.  When asked what to name her blog, Olivia suggested just "HIV" for the title of her blog; I'll let her explain why.  But I wondered, was there a little more we could add?  And as I scoured the dictionary for words that would fit, these three stood out to me.  Olivia IS a hero; to me and those who know her.  She inspires me daily, and she has a vision of what our world should be; a beautiful, magnificent vision.  I hope that she will share with you and that you will see in her what we already do: God's beauty.

Olivia, I am so excited to read your blog. This is a wonderful thing that you are doing. It is great that you can share with others about HIV and about adoption. You are truly a special girl and so blessed.
I will wait anxiously to read more.

God bless you and your family!

This is from Ruth even though it says Matthew - that's my son and somehow it picked up his name. Wonderful technology!
